We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused with Bluetooth connectivity.
Please follow the steps below to help resolve the issue:
1. Check whether the Bluetooth icon on the portable power station’s display is flashing.
• If it is flashing, maintain this state and attempt to connect.
• If the icon is not displayed or not flashing, press and hold both the AC and USB buttons simultaneously until the Bluetooth icon begins flashing, then try connecting again.
2. For optimal Bluetooth connection, keep your smartphone within 10 metres of the portable power station.
3. If your smartphone is paired with many Bluetooth devices, temporarily unpair those you do not need. Excessive paired devices may cause interference and lead to disconnections.
4. Please verify Bluetooth compatibility between your smartphone and the portable power station. The power station uses Bluetooth 5.0. Compatibility is generally good when both devices support Bluetooth 5.0; however, significant version differences may result in unstable connections.
5. Avoid areas near potential sources of wireless interference—such as microwave ovens or Wi-Fi routers—when attempting to connect. Environmental factors can affect Bluetooth performance.
We truly regret any inconvenience this has caused. Please review the above steps carefully. Should the issue persist, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
