We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the Bluetooth connection issue.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the problem:
1. Check whether the Bluetooth icon on the portable power station’s display is flashing.
– If it is flashing, try connecting while it remains in this state.
– If the icon is not displayed or not flashing, press and hold both the AC and USB buttons simultaneously until the icon begins flashing, then attempt to connect.
2. For optimal Bluetooth connectivity, keep your smartphone within 10 metres of the portable power station.
3. If your smartphone is paired with many Bluetooth devices, temporarily unpair any unnecessary ones. Excessive connected devices may cause interference and disrupt the connection.
4. Please verify Bluetooth compatibility between your smartphone and the power station. The portable power station uses Bluetooth 5.0. Compatibility is generally good when both devices support Bluetooth 5.0 or later; however, significant version mismatches may lead to unstable connections.
5. If microwave ovens, Wi-Fi routers, or other wireless devices are nearby, move away from these potential sources of interference. Environmental factors can affect Bluetooth performance.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience. Should the issue persist after following these steps, please contact us again—we’re happy to help.
