We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the Bluetooth connection issue.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the problem:
1. Check whether the Bluetooth icon on the portable power station’s display is flashing.
– If it is flashing, try connecting while it remains in this state.
– If the icon is not displayed or not flashing, press and hold both the AC and USB buttons simultaneously until the Bluetooth icon begins flashing, then attempt to connect.
2. For optimal Bluetooth connectivity, keep your smartphone within 10 metres of the portable power station.
3. If your smartphone is paired with multiple Bluetooth devices, temporarily unpair any that are not in use. Excessive connected devices may cause interference and disrupt the connection.
4. Ensure compatibility between your smartphone’s and the power station’s Bluetooth modules. The portable power station uses Bluetooth 5.0. Compatibility is generally good when versions match closely; however, significant version differences may lead to unstable connections.
5. Avoid areas near potential sources of wireless interference — such as microwave ovens or Wi-Fi routers — as these can affect Bluetooth performance.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience. If the issue persists after following these steps, please contact us again — we’re happy to help.
