When using the portable power station, ensure it is operated within the ambient temperature range specified in the product specifications. If the operating environment falls outside this range, the display may show a high-temperature or low-temperature warning (over-temperature indicator), and input and output functions may be automatically disabled.
For lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries:
- Operating temperature range (discharge): –10 °C to 45 °C
- Charging temperature range: 0 °C to 45 °C
[Recommended storage temperatures]
- Up to 1 month: –20 °C to 45 °C
Even for short-term storage, we recommend performing at least one full charge–discharge cycle per month under suitable temperature conditions.
- Up to 3 months: 0 °C to 45 °C
Similarly, perform at least one full charge–discharge cycle every three months.
If the portable power station’s display shows a high-temperature, low-temperature or over-temperature warning, please follow these steps:
1. Immediately stop all input and output operations.
2. Move the unit to an environment within the specified temperature range.
3. Allow it to rest for 2–4 hours, then check whether the warning indicator has cleared.
