When using the portable power station, ensure it is operated within the ambient temperature range specified in the product specifications. Operating outside this range may cause the display to show a high-temperature or low-temperature warning (over-temperature indicator), and input/output functions may be automatically disabled.
For lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries:
- Operating (discharge) temperature range: –10 °C to 45 °C
- Charging temperature range: 0 °C to 45 °C
【Recommended storage temperatures】
- Up to 1 month: –20 °C to 45 °C
Even for short-term storage, we recommend performing at least one full charge–discharge cycle per month within the recommended operating temperature range.
- Up to 3 months: 0 °C to 45 °C
Similarly, perform at least one full charge–discharge cycle every three months.
If the portable power station’s display shows a high-temperature, low-temperature or over-temperature warning, please follow these steps:
1. Disconnect all input and output connections.
2. Move the unit to an environment within the specified temperature range.
3. Allow it to rest for 2–4 hours, then check whether the warning indicator has cleared.
