When using the portable power station, ensure it is operated within the ambient temperature range specified in the product datasheet. Operating outside the recommended conditions may cause the display to show a high-temperature, low-temperature or over-temperature warning icon, and input/output functions may be automatically disabled.
For NCM (nickel-cobalt-manganese) battery models (Pro series):
- Operating (discharge) temperature range: –10 °C to +40 °C
- Charging temperature range: 0 °C to +40 °C
- Storage temperature range: –10 °C to +40 °C
If a high-temperature, low-temperature or over-temperature warning appears on the display, please follow these steps:
1. Immediately stop all input and output operations.
2. Move the unit to an environment within the specified temperature range.
3. Allow it to rest for 2–4 hours, then check whether the warning icon has cleared.
