When using the portable power station, ensure it is operated within the ambient temperature range specified in the product specifications. If used outside the recommended environment, the display may show a high-temperature or low-temperature warning (over-temperature indicator), and input/output functions may be suspended.
For lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries:
- Operating temperature range (discharge): –10 °C to 45 °C
- Charging temperature range: 0 °C to 45 °C
[Recommended storage temperatures]
- Up to 1 month: –20 °C to 45 °C
Even for short-term storage, we recommend performing at least one full charge–discharge cycle per month within the recommended operating temperature range.
- Up to 3 months: 0 °C to 45 °C
Similarly, perform at least one full charge–discharge cycle every three months.
If the portable power station’s display shows a high-temperature, low-temperature or over-temperature warning, please follow these steps:
1. Stop all input and output operations immediately.
2. Move the unit to an environment within the specified temperature range.
3. Leave it undisturbed for 2 to 4 hours, then check whether the warning indicator has cleared.
