1. Please provide details of your device (product name, voltage, current and power consumption). Ensure your device complies with the portable power station’s USB output specifications.
2. Please confirm whether your device charges normally using the original cable. Non-original cables may not support charging.
3. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station: simultaneously press and hold the power button and the USB button for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage and other information — this confirms the reset is complete. Then check whether power can be supplied again and whether the F9 error has been resolved.
