2. Please confirm whether your device charges normally using its original cable. Non-original cables may not support charging.
3. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station and check whether power delivery resumes or the F9 error is resolved:
Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other status information — this indicates a successful reset.
