“F9” error displayed when powering a device via the USB output port
1. Please provide details of your device (product name, voltage, current and power consumption). Ensure your device complies with the portable power station’s USB output specifications.
2. Please confirm whether your device charges normally using its original cable. Non-shielded or non-certified cables may prevent charging.
3. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station and try powering the device again to see if the “F9” error is resolved:
Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage and other status information — this confirms the reset is complete.

1. Please provide details of your appliance (product name, voltage, current and power consumption). Ensure your appliance complies with the portable power station’s cigarette lighter socket output specifications (12 V / 10 A / 120 W).
2. After disconnecting the appliance from the cigarette lighter socket, reset the portable power station and try powering the appliance again to see if the “F9” error is resolved:
Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage and other status information — this confirms the reset is complete.
