When “F9” error appears while powering a device via USB output:
1. Please provide details of your device (product name, voltage, current draw and power consumption). Also verify that your device complies with the portable power station’s USB output specifications.
2. Please confirm whether your device charges normally using its original cable. Non-original cables may not support charging.
3. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station. Then check whether power delivery resumes and whether the “F9” error is resolved. To reset, press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.

1. Please provide details of your appliance (product name, voltage, current draw and power consumption). Also verify that your appliance complies with the portable power station’s 12V car socket output specifications (12 V / 10 A / 120 W maximum).
2. After disconnecting the appliance from the 12V car socket, reset the portable power station. Then check whether power delivery resumes and whether the “F9” error is resolved. To reset, press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
