2. Please confirm whether your device charges normally using the original cable. Non-shielded or non-certified cables may result in charging failure.
3. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station: for Pro models, press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds until “8888” briefly appears on the screen, then releases automatically to normal display — reset is complete.
