When “F7” error occurs during solar charging:
What was the sunlight condition when the F7 error appeared?
— Was the weather clear or cloudy?
— Was there any shading on the solar panel?
— Was the panel placed behind glass?
Insufficient sunlight may result in low voltage, triggering the “F7” error and halting charging. Once adequate sunlight is restored, charging will resume automatically — no action is needed. For best results, please charge outdoors in clear weather, with the solar panel fully exposed and unobstructed.
