When the “F7” error appears during solar charging:
Solar conditions when the F7 error occurs:
• Was the weather clear or overcast?
• Is any part of the solar panel shaded?
• Is the unit being charged through glass?
In low-light conditions, the input voltage may drop below the required level, triggering the “F7” error and halting charging. Once sufficient sunlight returns, charging will automatically resume — please rest assured. For best results, charge outdoors on a clear day, in an unobstructed location.
How to clear a temporary error:
If none of the above apply, the issue may be a temporary fault. Try resetting the portable power station as follows:
Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other status information — this confirms the reset has been completed.
