When the “F7” error appears during solar charging:
Solar conditions at the time of the F7 error:
• Was the weather clear or cloudy?
• Is any part of the solar panel shaded?
• Are you attempting to charge through glass?
In low-light conditions, the input voltage may fall below the required level, triggering the F7 error and preventing charging. Once sufficient sunlight returns, charging will automatically resume. For best results, please charge outdoors in full, unobstructed sunlight on a clear day.
Resetting a temporary error:
If none of the above apply, the issue may be a temporary fault. To reset the portable power station, press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other status information — this confirms the reset is complete.
