When the “F7” error appears during solar charging:
Solar conditions when the F7 error occurs:
• Is the weather clear or overcast?
• Is any part of the solar panel shaded?
• Are you attempting to charge through glass?
In low-light conditions, the input voltage may fall below the required level, triggering the “F7” error and preventing charging. Once sufficient sunlight returns, charging will automatically resume — please don’t worry. For best results, try charging outdoors on a clear day, in an unobstructed location.
How to clear a temporary error:
If none of the above apply, the issue may be a temporary fault. To reset your portable power station, press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other status information — this confirms the reset is complete.
