If error code “F7” appears during solar charging:
Check the sunlight conditions when the F7 error occurs:
• Is the weather clear or overcast?
• Is the solar panel shaded?
• Are you attempting to charge through glass?
In low-light conditions, insufficient voltage may trigger the “F7” error and prevent charging. Charging will automatically resume once adequate sunlight is available. For best results, please place the unit outdoors in an unobstructed location on a sunny day.
If the error appears to be temporary:
If none of the above apply, the issue may be transient. Try resetting the portable power station using the following steps:
Press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then restart, displaying the remaining battery level and other status information — indicating that the reset is complete.
