If the “F7” error appears during solar charging:
Solar conditions when the F7 error occurs:
• Is the weather clear or cloudy?
• Is any part of the solar panel shaded?
• Are you attempting to charge behind glass?
Insufficient sunlight may result in low voltage, triggering the “F7” error and preventing charging. Once adequate sunlight is restored, charging will automatically resume — please rest assured. For best results, charge outdoors in clear weather, away from obstructions.
If this appears to be a one-off error:
If none of the above apply, the issue may be temporary. Try resetting your power station using the following method:
• Pro series: Press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The display will briefly show “8888”, then return to normal operation — the reset is now complete.
