If “F7” error appears during solar charging:
Conditions at the time of the F7 error:
• Was it sunny or overcast?
• Was there any shading on the solar panel?
• Was the panel placed behind glass?
The F7 error may occur when sunlight is insufficient, resulting in inadequate voltage for charging. Charging will automatically resume once sufficient sunlight is restored — please rest assured. For best results, place the power station outdoors in full, unobstructed sunlight.
If the error appears to be a one-off occurrence:
If none of the above conditions apply, the error may be temporary. To reset the portable power station, press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — indicating that the reset has been completed.
