F7 Error Occurring During Solar Charging
Sunlight Conditions When the F7 Error Appears
– Was it sunny or cloudy at the time?
– Is there any shading on the solar panel?
– Was the unit being charged through a window or glass surface?
The F7 error may appear when sunlight is insufficient, resulting in inadequate voltage for charging. Once sufficient sunlight is restored, charging will automatically resume — please rest assured. For optimal performance, we recommend charging outdoors in a clear, unobstructed location under direct sunlight.
Recovery Method for Temporary Errors
If none of the above apply, the issue may be a temporary fault. Please try resetting your portable power station using the following procedure:
– Pro Series: Press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
The display will briefly show “8888”, then return to normal operation — the reset is now complete.
