When the “F7” error occurs during solar charging:
— Was the weather clear or overcast at the time?
— Is any part of the solar panel shaded?
— Is the panel placed behind glass?
If sunlight is weak, the input voltage may drop below the required level, triggering the “F7” error and halting charging. Charging will automatically resume once sufficient sunlight returns — please rest assured. For best results, place the power station outdoors in full, unobstructed sunlight.
If this appears to be a one-off occurrence:
If none of the above apply, the issue may be temporary. To reset the portable power station, please try the following:
Press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage and other status information — indicating that the reset is complete.
