If error “F7” occurs during solar charging:
Conditions affecting sunlight exposure when error F7 appears:
– Is the weather clear or cloudy?
– Is there any shading on the solar panel?
– Is the device being charged through glass?
If sunlight is weak, the input voltage may be insufficient, triggering error F7 and preventing charging. Charging will automatically resume once adequate sunlight is restored — please rest assured.
For optimal performance, place the power station outdoors in an unobstructed location on a clear day.
If the error is temporary:
If none of the above conditions apply, the issue may be a transient fault. Try resetting the portable power station using the steps below, then check whether the issue has resolved:
– Press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage and other status information — this confirms the reset was successful.
