We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please find below the troubleshooting guidance for the “F6” error:
When the “F6” error appears while powering electrical devices:
1. Please let us know the name, model, and power rating (in watts) of the electrical device connected when the “F6” error occurred.
2. Recovery method: Disconnect the electrical device from the AC output port, then allow the power station to rest for approximately two hours to cool down fully. Afterwards, perform a reset by pressing and holding both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other status information — this confirms the reset is complete.
When the “F6” error appears during charging:
1. Please verify your mains supply voltage.
If the household supply voltage falls below 200 V, charging will not initiate.
In some areas, voltage fluctuations may occur (e.g., lights flickering).
2. High-temperature protection activation
After prolonged use with high-power loads, internal temperature may rise sufficiently to trigger thermal protection, resulting in the “F6” error.
→ Allow the power station to cool for approximately four hours, then attempt the reset procedure above before resuming charging.
3. To help us assess the issue more effectively, could you please share a clear photo or short video showing both the full unit and the display screen?
When the “F6” error appears while the power station is charging *and* simultaneously powering a load:

2. Output port used
Please specify which output port (AC, DC, USB, etc.) you are using to power your device.
3. Connected device
Please provide the name, model, and power rating (in watts) of the electrical device in use.
