We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please find below some troubleshooting steps.
When the “F6” error appears while powering electrical devices:
1. Please let us know the name, model and power rating (in watts) of the electrical device connected when the “F6” error occurred.
2. Recovery method: Unplug the electrical device from the AC output port, then allow the power station to rest for approximately two hours to cool down fully. Afterwards, perform a reset by pressing and holding both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other information — this confirms the reset is complete.
When the “F6” error appears during charging:
1. Please check your mains supply voltage.
If the household voltage falls below 200 V, charging will not commence.
In some areas, voltage fluctuations may occur (e.g., lights flickering).
2. High-temperature protection activation
The power station’s internal temperature may rise after prolonged high-load operation, triggering protective shutdown and displaying the “F6” error.
→ Allow the unit to cool for approximately four hours, then attempt the reset procedure above before resuming charging.
3. To help us assess the issue more effectively, could you please share a clear photo or short video showing both the full unit and the display screen?

3. Connected device
