We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
When the “F6” error appears while powering electrical devices:
1. Please let us know the name, model and power rating (in watts) of the electrical device connected when the “F6” error occurred.
2. To reset the unit: unplug all devices from the AC output ports, then allow the power station to rest for approximately two hours to cool down fully. Then perform the following reset procedure:
• For Pro series units: press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
If the display shows “8888” before returning to the normal screen, the reset is complete.
When the “F6” error appears during charging:
1. Please check your mains supply voltage.
Charging will not begin if the household voltage falls below 200 V.
In some areas, voltage fluctuations may occur — for example, flickering lights.
3. High-temperature protection activation
Operating high-power loads may cause internal temperature to rise, triggering thermal protection and displaying the “F6” error.
→ Allow the unit to cool for approximately four hours, then attempt the reset procedure and try charging again.
4. To help us assess the issue, could you please share a clear photo or short video showing both the entire unit and its display screen?
