After resetting the device, please charge it for at least 30 minutes using a standard household socket, then check whether it resumes normal operation.
To reset: simultaneously press and hold the Power button and the USB button for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other information — your reset is now complete.
