After resetting the device, please charge it for at least 30 minutes using a standard household power socket, then check whether normal operation has been restored.
To reset: simultaneously press and hold the power button and the USB button for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other information — indicating that the reset is complete.
