Error code F5

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please reset the device, then charge it for at least 30 minutes using a standard household power socket. Afterwards, check whether the device has returned to normal operation.
To reset: press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
