Please reset the device, then charge it for at least 30 minutes using a standard household power socket. Afterwards, check whether the device resumes normal operation.
To reset the device, simultaneously press and hold the Power and USB buttons for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other information — this confirms that the reset has been completed.
