Please restart the device and charge it for at least 30 minutes using a standard household power socket. Then check whether the device resumes normal operation.
Additionally, press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other relevant information — this completes the reset process.
