2. Is the DC output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the cigarette lighter socket is not powering your device, please let us know the brand, model, and power rating (in watts) of the device.
4. At this time, please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the device from the cigarette lighter socket, try resetting the portable power station: press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage — this indicates the reset is complete.
6. Also, please verify whether the cigarette lighter socket can successfully power other devices.
