Unable to output from the cigarette lighter socket

1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. If the cigarette-lighter socket is not powering your device, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and power rating (in watts).
3. Also, please check whether the portable power station’s LCD screen displays any warning symbols or error messages.
4. After disconnecting the device from the cigarette-lighter socket, please restart the portable power station and then retest the socket’s functionality.
5. Please verify whether the cigarette-lighter socket can successfully power other devices.
