1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Check whether the DC output button indicator light is illuminated.
3. If your device cannot be powered via the cigarette lighter socket, kindly let us know the make, model, serial number, and power consumption (in watts) of the device.
4. Also, please check the portable power station’s LCD display for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the device from the cigarette lighter socket, please reset the portable power station and try powering the device again.
To reset: Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Please also verify whether the cigarette lighter socket can successfully power other devices.
