1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Check whether the DC output button’s indicator light is illuminated.
3. If your appliance does not receive power via the cigarette lighter socket, please let us know its model number, serial number, and rated power consumption (in watts).
4. Also, please check the portable power station’s LCD display for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the appliance from the cigarette lighter socket, please reset the portable power station and try powering the appliance again.
To reset: Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Finally, please verify whether the cigarette lighter socket can successfully power other appliances.
