1. Please check whether the battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Is the DC output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the cigarette lighter socket is not powering your device, please let us know the make and model of the device, along with its power rating (in watts).
4. Please also check the portable power station’s LCD display for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the device from the cigarette lighter socket, try resetting the portable power station: press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage — this indicates that the reset is complete.
6. Finally, please test whether the cigarette lighter socket can power another device.
