1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Is the LED indicator on the DC output button lighting up normally?
3. If your appliance does not receive power via the cigarette lighter socket, please let us know its name, model number, and rated power consumption (in watts).
4. In this case, please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any unusual symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the appliance from the cigarette lighter socket, please reset the portable power station: press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Also, please verify whether the cigarette lighter socket can successfully power other appliances.
