1. Check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Check whether the DC output button’s indicator light is illuminated.
3. If your device cannot be powered via the cigarette lighter socket, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and power rating (in watts).
4. Check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting your device from the cigarette lighter socket, try resetting the portable power station: press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Test whether the cigarette lighter socket can power other devices.
