2. Is the DC output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the power station is not supplying power via the cigarette lighter socket, could you let us know which device you are trying to power? Please also provide its model name, product name, and rated power (in watts).
4. Please check the LCD display for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the device from the cigarette lighter socket, try resetting the power station: press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage — this confirms the reset was successful.
6. Please verify whether the cigarette lighter socket can power other devices.
