2. Is the DC output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the cigarette lighter socket is not powering your device, could you please provide the brand name, model number, and power rating (in watts) of the device you are using?
4. Check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the device from the cigarette lighter socket, reset the portable power station: press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The display will briefly show “8888” before returning to normal — this confirms the reset is complete.
6. Also, verify whether the cigarette lighter socket can successfully power other devices.
