1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Is the DC output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the cigarette lighter socket is not powering your device, could you please provide the brand name, model number, and power rating (in watts) of the device you’re using?
4. At this time, please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the device from the cigarette lighter socket, reset the portable power station: press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The display will briefly show “8888”, then return to normal — this indicates the reset is complete.
6. Also, please verify whether the cigarette lighter socket can successfully power other devices.
