1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Is the LED indicator on the DC output button illuminated?
3. If the cigarette-lighter socket is unable to power your device, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and power rating (in watts).
4. Also, please check the portable power station’s LCD display for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting your device from the cigarette-lighter socket, please reset the portable power station and try powering the device again. To reset, press and hold the DISPLAY button for 10 seconds until “8888” briefly appears on the screen, then returns to the normal interface — this confirms the reset was successful.
6. Finally, please test whether the cigarette-lighter socket can power other devices.
