1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Is the DC output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the cigarette lighter socket is unable to power your device, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and power rating (in watts).
4. Also, please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any unusual symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting your device from the cigarette lighter socket, reset the portable power station and try powering the device again. To reset, press and hold the DISPLAY button for 10 seconds until the display briefly shows “8888”, then returns to the normal interface — this confirms the reset was successful.
6. Finally, please check whether the cigarette lighter socket can successfully power other devices.
