2. Is the LED indicator on the DC output button illuminated?
3. If the cigarette-lighter socket is not powering your device, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and power rating (in watts).
4. Also, please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting your device from the cigarette-lighter socket, reset the portable power station: press and hold the DISPLAY button for 10 seconds until the display briefly shows “8888”, then returns to the normal interface — this confirms a successful reset.
6. Finally, please verify whether the cigarette-lighter socket can power other devices.
