1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. If your device cannot be powered via the USB output port, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and power rating (in watts).
3. Please also check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
4. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station and then retest its power output:
First light up the screen, then press the DISPLAY button 6 times, and then press and hold it. When the screen shows 【021 011】, the reset is successful.
The screen will first turn off, then relight and display the remaining battery level — this confirms the reset is complete.
5. Please verify whether the device charges correctly using its original cable.
6. Also, please confirm whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
