1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. If the device cannot be powered via the USB output port, kindly let us know the device’s name, model number, and power rating (in watts).
3. Please also check the portable power station’s LCD display for any warning symbols or error messages.
4. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, please restart the portable power station and then retest power delivery.
5. Please confirm whether the device charges correctly using its original cable.
6. Also, please verify whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
