1. Please check whether the battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Is the USB output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the USB output port is unable to power your device, could you please let us know the brand, model, and power rating (in watts) of the device?
4. At this time, please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting all devices from the USB output port, please reset the portable power station: press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage — this confirms the reset is complete.
6. Please also confirm whether your device charges correctly using its original charging cable.
7. Finally, check whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
