1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Check whether the LED indicator on the USB output button is lit.
3. If the USB output port fails to power your device, please let us know the model, serial number, and power consumption (in watts) of the device you are using.
4. Also, check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting your device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station, then try powering the device again.
To reset: Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Please confirm whether your device can be charged using its original charging cable.
7. Please also verify whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
