1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Is the LED indicator on the USB output button lighting up normally?
3. If the USB output port is unable to power your device, please let us know the device’s name, model number, and its power consumption (in watts).
4. In this case, please check whether any warning symbols or error messages appear on the portable power station’s LCD display.
5. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, please reset the portable power station. Then verify whether power delivery resumes.
To reset: Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Please confirm whether your device supports charging via its original cable.
7. Also, please test whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
