1. Please check whether the battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Check whether the USB output button’s indicator light is illuminated.
3. If the portable power station fails to supply power via the USB output port, please let us know the make, model, type, and power rating (in watts) of the connected device.
4. At the time of the issue, did the portable power station’s LCD display show any unusual symbols or error messages? Please confirm.
5. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, please reset the portable power station and then try supplying power again.
To reset: Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset was successful.
6. Please confirm whether you are using the device’s original charging cable.
7. Also, please check whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
