1. Please check whether the battery charge level is sufficient.
2. Is the LED indicator on the USB output button illuminated?
3. If the USB output port is not supplying power to your device, could you please provide the make, model, and power rating (in watts) of the device you are using?
4. At this time, please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting your device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station: press and hold both the DISPLAY and USB buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The display will briefly show “8888” before returning to normal — this confirms the reset is complete.
6. Please verify whether your device charges normally using its original charging cable.
7. Also, please check whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
